Terms
Last updated 5 September 2026
These are the terms for using Gellie. They are short, because the service is small and free.
What Gellie is
Gellie keeps track of who brought whom, and what a shop owes them for it. That is all it does.
Gellie does not pay anybody. The shop promises the reward and the shop hands it over. If a shop does not honour what it advertised, that is between the customer and the shop.
If you run a shop
You are responsible for the offer you write and for honouring it.
You are responsible for what you and your staff type in about your customers, and for having the right to hold it. Do not add somebody who has not agreed to join.
You are responsible for your login. Staff accounts are created by you, and everything a staff account does is recorded under their name — which only works if you do not share passwords.
If you are a customer
Joining is free and you can ask to be removed at any time.
The reward is the shop's promise, not ours. We show you what the shop said and record what you have earned.
What is not allowed
Inventing customers to claim rewards. Using someone else's phone number. Trying to reach another shop's data. Automated sign-ups.
We can suspend an account that does any of this. Where we can, we will say why first.
The service is free, and provided as it is
Gellie is free to use. We do not promise it will never be unavailable, never lose data, or never contain a mistake.
We are not liable for money you lost because Gellie was down, wrong or unavailable. If that is not a risk you can take, do not run your programme on it.
We keep backups, but you should not treat Gellie as the only record of your business.
Ending it
You can stop using Gellie whenever you like, and ask us to delete your shop's data. See the privacy page for what happens then.
We may stop offering the service. If we do, we will give shop owners reasonable notice and a way to export what they have.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia.
